Reviewer's comments

"As the architecture of this level is another blatant rip-off from PaoloM's In Search of the Lost Trident, I will just rate what has been changed. The gameplay is mostly reduced to exploring most of the hallways underwater, which gets weary and repetitive after some time. There are other tasks but very simple and straightforward, also partially copied. The enemies do not particularly fit to the setting; secrets are needed to finish this level and/or not marked as such at all. The cameras are also partially copied from the original level, mostly in a very cheap way. The texturing (from BtB Greece) is the only thing that might be called unique, it's not badly done overall despite several obvious mistakes and even missing textures. Lighting is also okay. Overall the time to finish this in this can be better spent by playing the (highly commendable) original level and not wasted in pointless releases like this." - manarch2 (02-Dec-2018)

"This is still no masterpiece, but it is at least a visible step up from previous efforts and something that was crafted from the builder's own mind (at least nothing familiar came readily to mind when I played it). The BtB Greece environments are competent if not inspiring or impressive and the gameplay has a sense of progression as you explore the various underwater areas for the necessary artefacts (without needing to surface for along the way, might I add). Enemies are few and the couple of sharks and a knight you encounter are no great threat. However, I didn't like the freezing water segment, the somewhat odd sound effects for the harpoon and the knight and the secrets that weren't apparent to me, due to there being no chimes whatsoever (I only found out by checking my stats). Still, it's a pleasant enough and serviceable raid for the half an hour it lasts." - Ryan (02-Dec-2018)

"Ignoring the frankly unprofessional and unjustified jab at fellow critics from Phil(which for a man his age should really know better), this is indeed a step in the right direction on Pedro's part overall(even if it still feels noticeably unfinished). Not a great step, but a step nevertheless. Gameplay is at least done to a competent enough degree that its not completely boring to play through, with an emphasis on underwater exploration(which is executed OK if not too amazingly, with infinite air active at all times accordingly). Other aspects of general design however fare worse, with missing or outright inappropriate sound effects for the harpoon gun and tribesmen enemies respectively, inconsistent texturing & lighting quality which looks fine in some rooms and pretty terrible in others and objects such as doors, either clip into walls or feel out-of-place within the environment themselves. In conclusion, a perfectly serviceable release that genuinely feels as if it came from the builder's own mind for once. Don't get too cocky though Pedro, as you've still got a LONG way to go before being considered a quality builder in my honest opinion." - Ceamonks890 (30-Nov-2018)

"Okay, since the usual wet blankets haven't yet put in their two cents' worth, I'll try to make this initial review set a positive tone for a change. The builder still makes bonehead mistakes, such as neglecting to insert the secret chimes and providing ammo for a nonexistent weapon (revolver), but he's showing some improvement and has given us a passable raid this time. Much of the gameplay takes place underwater, but Lara has been given gills to supplement her lungs, so searching for air pockets is unnecessary. The environs are also more pleasing to the eye than in previous levels. Enemies for the most part are sharks and natives, although a knight puts in an appearance near the end. If you don't recognize a timed run for what it is, you'll be stuck and will have to reload. Still, I found this to be a worthwhile level, and the time taken to play it was worthily invested." - Phil (28-Nov-2018)
