You start in a closed cave. The doors open in front of you. Take either door and kill three wolves. There are three directions but start by going south-west to an area with a water pool. At the pool, enter either door in the north wall and shoot a bear. There is nothing to find in the room. Then return to the pool. Dive into the pool and swim north and then east into the underwater tunnel. At the end, swim into the flooded room and loop around to the left and pull down an underwater lever in the north-west corner. Swim back to the tunnel and swim into the west tunnel and pull up into a room. Go to the south-west corner and enter the open door. You get secret #1. Search the floor for the small medipack and revolver ammo in the corners. Swim back through the east tunnel into the flooded room. Swim to the south-east corner and pull the underwater lever on the wall. Swim up the vertical shaft and pull up into a room. Go into the south-west corner alcove and pull down a wall switch. Go down the steps and out the door in the west wall. You exit onto a ledge overlooking the pool.

Go to the west wall and pull down the wall switch. The door opens to your left. Enter the room and go up the steps to an opening in the east wall. Run, jump, and grab the ledge on the east building. Run over two breakable tiles and jump to grab the east ledge. Pick up a large medipack and a small medipack from the side ledges. Safety drop to the floor. Push the block in the middle of the east wall as far as possible. Enter the room and shoot a bat. Go east onto a short ledge. Go into the corner alcoves for a Heavy Silver Key and a Gold Idol. Go west to climb a block and pull up onto the upper ledges. Shoot two bats and go to the south wall. Pull the wall switch and go north to pick up a large medipack and go out the open door.

To the north is the starting area. To the west is the pool area. Go east and turn the corners to follow the corridors. Eventually you go west and shoot three bats. In the south wall of that area will be a closed door and a key lock. You can continue west to shoot a wolf. Follow another narrow tunnel to shoot three wolves. There is nothing to find during the trip. Return to the pool and go down a wide south corridor and you will find the locked door again. Use the key to open the door and enter the room. Crawl underneath the wall darts and into a large cave. Shoot the two wolves that run towards you.

Go south and deeper into the cave. Run up the south steps and shoot three wolves. At the top of the steps, there are two closes doors. Go left and enter the open tunnel. Follow the tunnel to a room with a pool. Climb the steps at the north wall. Jump a gap and jump into a south-west hole to run up more steps. You are on a ledge overlooking the pool. Jump east over the pool and grab another ledge. Enter a tunnel and follow the ramp to a small room. Go south into an alcove and pull up into another tunnel.

You emerge onto an opening and there is a broken bridge ahead of you. Do not jump to the broken bridge, as you will not make it. Drop down to a block and then jump north to pull up onto another block. Enter an alcove and pull down a wall switch. You get a cut scene of a door opening. Jump south back to the block and safety drop to the roof below. Go north and safety drop onto the top of the steps. Go west to find the open door. Follow the tunnel to a room with a pool. Above you are breakable tiles and ledges. Start at the north-east corner and jump to grab a west ledge and pull up. Go west and then to the ledge in the south-west corner.

Pull up to a north ledge and then jump the ledges to get to an east wall ledge. Pull up onto a north ledge and see a tunnel in the south wall. Enter the south wall tunnel and follow the tunnel up to the area with the broken bridge. Shoot a bat and pull down the wall switch. You get a cut scene of the central door opening down at the steps. Safety drop off the end of the broken bridge onto the roof. Safety drop back to the steps and enter the central door.

Carefully go down the tunnel and pass the four swinging blades. Pull down the wall switch and the trap door opens beneath you. You fall into a pool of water. Swim south and pull up to any ledge and shoot a bear. There is a closed gate at the south wall. Dive into the water and swim into an underwater tunnel in the west wall. Follow it to a flooded pit and pull up on the west ledge. Run up the steps to the top and see a switch to the left. Pull down the wall switch and get a cut scene of the gate opening. Dive into the water and swim to the open gate. Place the Gold Idol in the receptacle to the left of the gate. The wall inside the alcove opens. Run into the tunnel and the level ends.
