You start in a dark corridor. Shoot the two vases
next to the fire ahead of you. Dive into either water hole that the vases were
covering. Swim down and follow a long underwater tunnel to the west. Just swim to
the end. There is nothing in the side tunnels. Follow another underwater tunnel
to the south. Swim past several closed gates. As you swim pass the last gate on
the right side, that gate will open. Swim inside the open gate and swim up to
surface for air. Pull up onto a ledge and climb the west wall. Climb up to near
the top and back flip into a tunnel. Go east and drop into another tunnel. Go
to the end and climb down an unmarked wall into another tunnel. Go north and
the gate opens as you approach. Go east and follow the tunnel. Pull up onto a
block and pick up an Eye Piece (called Sun
Goddess). The gate opens in front of you. Go through the gate and drop back
into the starting corridor.
Go west and shoot another two empty vases. Shoot two ninjas that appear from the corner tunnels behind
the water pool. Enter the south-west tunnel and go to the end. Shoot a vase and
pick up a large medipack. This is the only
non-puzzle item that I found in the level. Turn around and shoot a ninja. The gate does not open so return back to the
water pool.
Enter the north-west tunnel. Ignore the gate that
opens to your left. You will go there later. Follow the tunnel until the tunnel
has two branch tunnels. Follow the south branch tunnel. Go to the end and drop
into a water hole. Pull up to the east into a dark corridor and save the game.
Shoot two ninjas and go east. Be careful of a
water hole at the end. If you fall in, reload and be more careful. Shoot the
vase in the alcove and pick up an Eye Piece
(called Sun Disk). Drop into the water hole and swim to the east. Just follow
the underwater tunnel to the end and swim up to surface. Pull up onto a south
tunnel and follow it to the end. Pull up onto a slope and slide down. You are
back where you started.
Go west and now enter the open door that you
ignored earlier. You face a corridor with swinging rams. Sections of the floor
is also deadly. Stand jump just to the right side of the first swinging ram.
You should land on the raised safe platform. Stand jump north-west onto a safe
platform. Run and jump to the south-west onto a safe platform hidden in the
darkness. Run and jump north-west onto the safe platform and be careful of the
second swing ram. Stay on the left side
and run and jump to the north onto the safe ledge. Combine the pieces to make
the Eye of Horus (called Sun Talisman). Place it in the receptacle and the door
opens. Enter the next dark corridor.
Go west and see a slope below an opening in the
north wall. Use binoculars to see a climbable wall in the south-west corner.
Climb the wall to the top and shimmy to the left. Drop into a dark tunnel.
Follow the tunnel south. Shoot the vase and pick up an Eye
Piece (called Sun Disk). Return and climb down the wall into the dark
corridor.
To the west is a fire pit that you cannot jump
over. Stand jump to grab the south wall over the pit. The water is climbable.
Shimmy to the right and drop safely on the other side. Pull up onto the ledge
to the north. Stand jump to grab the climbable side of the tall column. Climb
to the top and pull up. Pull up east
onto another ledge. Pull up onto a north ledge and drop down into another dark
corridor. Go west and shoot two ninjas. You can
shoot the four vases but they contain nothing. Dive into the water and swim
into an underwater tunnel in the south-east corner. Swim into a trench and pick up an Eye
Piece (called Sun Goddess). Swim back and surface. Go west to the end of
the dark corridor. Combine the pieces to make the Eye of Horus (called Sun
Talisman). Place it in the receptacle and the door opens.
Enter the open door and dive into the water. Swim
into the hole in the middle of the floor. Swim down into T-junction tunnel and
swim back again. Pull up near the open door. Turn around and shoot two crocodiles that have followed you from the tunnel.
Swim down to the T-junction tunnel again. If you follow the north branch, you
can get back onto the slope before the fire pit. But there was nothing to find on the trip there. Follow the south
branch. Pull up onto a ledge. Pull up onto a higher ledge and face a room with
many columns. Of course, some columns are deadly fire traps.
Run and jump due south to grab the edge of a
column. Pull up onto the safe column.
Stand jump to a south-east safe column.
Stand jump to a north-east safe column.
Stand jump to a south-east safe column.
Stand jump to a north-east safe column with the eye
symbol.
Stand jump to a north-east safe column.
Run and jump east onto a safe ledge.
You face a trench of knife blades. Jump over the
knife blades at a diagonal over the center sections. Go east and climb onto a
wall. Continue east and drop into a shallow trench and shoot four lions. Stay near the center, as there are deep
pits on the sides of the shallow trench. Continue east and climb the
steps. Enter the hole in the east wall.
Slide down and jump over the fire pit. You land on a ledge. Follow the ledge
south and enter a short wide corridor. Ignore the water hole next to the fire,
as the underwater tunnel just connects the two fires. However, in the tunnel
are closed gates that you saw in the first underwater tunnel from the level
start.
Follow the new corridor west to the end. Go north
and jump over a small fire trap at the corner. Follow the new tunnel to the
west. You enter a room with a large pyramid in the middle of a pool. Be careful
of the fires and climb to the top of the pyramid. Jump onto the small ledge to
the west. Run and jump to grab the ledge to the north. Shimmy to the right and
pull up onto the north ledge. You can shoot another two empty vases in the
room. Pull up onto a higher ledge and go north. At the T-junction, go to the
west. Save the game before a trench with knife blades. Run and jump over the
first knife blade hidden in the dark section at the start of the trench.
Carefully run and jump over the other four knife blades. The fourth knife blade
is hidden in another dark section of trench.
Go to the end and pull up onto the ledges to the
east. Go east and slide down a slope. You land in a room with a glass floor.
Ahead of you is a structure hanging from the ceiling. Go to the north-east
corner and follow the north tunnel. Climb over some blocks and drop into a
slope. Slide down the slope and face an east wall with many openings. Of
course, most of the openings are fire traps.
Face east and pull up onto the first opening from
the left in the east wall. Watch out for holes in the trench below you between
the walls. They drop into a deadly fire pit.
Go south and pull up onto the third opening from
the left in the east wall.
Go north and pull up onto the second opening from
the left in the east wall.
Go south and pull up onto the fifth opening from
the left in the east wall.
Go north and pull up onto the fourth opening from
the left in the east wall.
Stand jump to the south-east to land in a safe
opening.
Run and jump onto the ledge at the east wall.
Follow the tunnel to the south to the end. Slide down into a water trench. Pull
up on the east ledge to avoid a moving spike wall in the water. Run east
towards the coffins and the level ends by crashing to the desktop.
