Pick up a large medi from the heart. Go across the yard to the NE corner and pull a switch. From the pedestal below it, pick up 90 x Uzi ammo and the Uzis. Get to the NW corner, killing 3 crocs on your way there and pull a jumpswitch to lower the scaffolding. That makes a path for pushing the statue. Move Anubis onto the Celine Dion's photo on the grass. This opens a trapdoor close to you. Hop in and scream two tones higher or lower than Lara does to fit the harmony while falling down through the permeable photos of Celine. Swim thru the underwater passage towards the last photo.
