Dive into the water and pull the underwater lever. Surface and go up the ramp. Right now, ignore the door from where the raptor came, but climb up to the yellowish catwalk. Run across into the next room and negotiate the sloped jump sequence. Up the stairs, slide down onto the grey catwalk. Jump into the wall niche on the other end and pick up the KEYS. Now enter the door you previously ignored and use these keys, head through the opening to a room with two dead raptors. Pick up the Uzis between the sharp razors. Monkey swing over them to the switch, throw it and drop down to the ground. Head through the alley into the darkness.
