Climb up to the right in the end of this corridor jump sideways on the next block and jump/grab/pull up on the pillar for some Desert Eagle Clips. Safety drop back on the first block and turn left. Reach the opposite wall and climb up. Slide down to the Desert Eagle and climb up to the left. Crawl in the small space, slide and take one angled jump to the right to avoid the slope. Pick up the large medipack and approach the lever-less wall.
