Pick up four medikits. Watch out not to fall into the pit, as there is no way out of it. When you go past the fountain, you have the choice: either to stick close to the left wall, jump into the water, swim for some time and easily finish the level by getting out of the pool into the nearest dry place, or to go right and discover some invisible death zones and fight two demigods. That's all. This is the shortest walkthru I've made so far, and this level is the only one with playing time shorter than writing time.
