The Crossbow
In the first room go N and push the button on the wall to open the W door.
Enter the passage and directly after the doors look up right to a small
passage, go to the leftmost point and jump up to grab the ledge. Crawl in and
drop at the end to find a passage with Secret 1,
the Crossbow. Return through the crawlspace and head through the passage to see
a cutscene at the end. Thereon kill the harpy. It cannot attack, obviously, so
it’s quite easy.
The Deadly Floor Room
The floor as you might have thought is indeed deadly, also the ledge with the
ball. Jump on the right hand block and follow the pillars, then monkeyswing to
the other side and activate the button under the exit passage to deactivate the
deadly floor. Now you can drop down and pick up the Golden Ball from the
centre. Climb back up and enter the N passage. At its end place the Golden Ball
to open the door in the room above, climb up and enter.
Flooding and Draining
Jump in the pool and swim to the end of the water tunnel, climb out and pick up
an Eye Piece S on a pedestal. N is the exit passage; enter the next room and
kill two harpies (one of them might come out only if you climb up the ladder
first). N is the receptacle for the Eye of Horus, but the second piece is yet
blocked by a flame. Climb the ladder and jump up to the upper room, push the
button to flood the room below and let the flame extinguish – but doing this
also prevents you from placing the Eye. Jump down and grab the second Eye Piece
and also a Little Medikit from the NW pillar. Swim back S through the passage
and up in the last room, climb out and use the lever to drain the rooms again.
Drop down and re-enter the N room, combine the Eye Pieces and place the Eye of
Horus to finally open the door.
The “Mirror” Room
In the next room kill two scorpions attacking from the left and go further N
first. In the mirror you can see some tiles are deadly so watch out and jump
towards the NE corner where you can pick up the next Golden Ball. Jump back
carefully and go to the wall right of the slope. Jump through the wall left of
it, onto the slope, and backflip on the safe ledge. The secret sound rings –
pick up a Little Medikit and Explosive Crossbow Ammo for Secret 2, you can return through the wall right of the
slope. Return S, then head W into the passage and use the Golden Ball to open
the nearby door. Go in the next room; there is a crossing here. You need four
Golden Balls.
S path: 1st and 2nd Ball
Follow the S passage and kill a Harpy. Go left (SE) and run into the small
right passage, immediately turn and run out and left/right to avoid a boulder.
When the path is clear enter the passage again and pick up the Golden Ball (1)
at the end. Back to the second junction go SW now, jump over two fire gaps in
the left passage and pick up the Golden Ball (2) now. Return to the crossing
N path: 3rd Ball, Preparing to get 4th Ball
Follow the N passage and at the end jump on either left or right slopes, jump
to and fro with a slight curve to the other side and at the end jump on the
central ledge. Jump up the NE pillar to get a Golden Ball (3) and then jump on
the NW pillar to use a lever; this deactivates a fire over another ball. Return
using the slopes and back to the crossing.
The High Room, 4th Ball, Placing the Balls
Go W behind the pillars to spot two ladders. Climb either of them up to the
very top (don’t care about the middle stage, there is nothing to find). Jump to
a wall ladder and climb it to the very top of this room, turn and jump on the
central ledge. If you didn’t have the luck to jump directly to the ledge where
you can find the deactivated fire (it’s N), shimmy around either left or right
block. Now you can jump up and pick up the Golden Ball (4). Place all the balls
in the four hands on each block to open a door way down again. Enter the now
opened W passage.
The Earthquake
There is nothing (yet) to find in the dark room so just enter the dark W
passage that gets lighted when stepping into it. Drop down and enter the room.
Spot and use a wall lever S; a small earthquake happens. Now get back in the
lighted passage, climb up and find the transformed room. Jump to the central ledge
and climb up the block, then into the higher passage and follow it s until you
enter a new room (the right passage leads to another hand requiring a ball you
don’t have yet).
The High Pillar Room
Drop onto the slope and then on the floor. Kill two harpies that attack from
high up, then enter the S passage. Spot an opening in the ceiling and jump up
to grab the ledge of the crawlspace, get in and climb some blocks at its end.
You are back up on top of this room, jump over the gap to get a Bronze Ball. Climb
the ladder above you and at the end of the next passage drop down into a
familiar tunnel. Go left to the ball receptacle and insert the Bronze Ball to
open the door above you. Jump into the passage.
The Finale
In the next room find a crawlspace to your right; at the end use the lever and
return. Head through the right passage and in the darker room quickly sprint to
the left or the right to avoid another boulder. Run to the far room and kill
two harpies, then approach the Hand item in the centre to finish this level.
