TR1 - FOUR LOST KEYS

You start in a room and face two closed gates on the far wall. Shoot the crocodile in the water and dive in. Pull down the underwater lever on the wall. Pull up and see that the two gates have opened. Enter the gates and pull back three moveable blocks from the back wall. Just pull all three back once only. Climb up onto the high middle block and pull down the wall switch on the back wall. Get down and push the high block onto any side block. A gate has opened behind the high block.

Enter the room and be careful of spikes on the floor below the entrance ledge. Shoot the centaur until it explodes. The best method is to stay close to the centaur and shoot. If you get too far away, the centaur shoots back and causes a lot of damage. You can use the red pointer of the compass for direction and notice a tunnel in the south wall.

Face north and go to the far left corner. Pull up onto the corner slope. Back flip onto a slope and jump forward to grab a ledge. Pull up into a room with spikes on the floor. Use SHIFT and UP ARROW to walk through the spikes no damage. If you run, you die. Enter the tunnel in the right wall. Follow the tunnel and avoid the wall darts and swinging blade. To avoid the rolling ball you can either (1) run up onto a side step area or (2) jump forward over the spikes and back flip back into the tunnel. Continue following the tunnel and climb to the top of steps. Pull up onto a ledge and follow the steps to the top. Jump and grab the edge of a tunnel. Shimmy to the right before you pull up and avoid wall darts. Go forward and shoot a bat. Go to the right and enter another room with a spike pit.

Follow the steps, climb onto a ledge, and follow more steps to the top. Stand jump to grab the opening in front of you. Shimmy to the left, pull up, slide down, and jump to grab a crevice. With luck, the wall darts and swinging blade will miss you. If you fail to grab the crevice, you fall into a spike pit. Shimmy to the left, pull up, and shoot a bat. Stand jump to the north to grab a ledge. Pull up and slide down the slope. Jump between slopes with a right curve and you land on a flat ledge to the far right. Save the game. Slide down into the next room and shoot the skateboard kid. Stay close and roll to get behind him when he shoots at you. When he is dead, pick up the Uzi's that he drops. Go to the back wall and pick up Gold Key #1. Pull down the wall switch near the right side column to open the gate.

Follow the tunnel to the end. Slide down the slope backwards and grab the edge. Release and grab the ledge below you. Pull up into the room and pick up a large medipack and a small medipack in one corner. Pick up Uzi ammo in the other corner. Drop into the hole and land in the water in the starting room. Go through the open gates and climb the blocks again. Drop into the room where you fought the centaur.

Face north and go to the far left corner again. Pull up onto the corner slope again. Back flip onto a slope and jump forward to grab a ledge again. Pull up into a room with spikes on the floor. Use SHIFT and UP ARROW to walk through the spikes no damage. If you run, you die. Use CTRL and UP ARROW to get onto a ledge above the spikes. Do not use ALT to jump or you die. Move the block from the corner to the end of the ledge. Now you can pull back the higher block from the wall. Finally you can push the top block to one side to reveal a tunnel in the hole in the ceiling. Pull up into that tunnel and go forward to pick up Gold Key #2. Continue and drop onto a slope and land in a small room. You could also reach this room by use the far right corner slopes in the room below.

Jump up to grab the sloped block again. Pull up and back flip into an alcove. Face the room and turn to the right. Stand jump to grab the crevice in the right side wall. Shimmy to the left and drop onto a ledge. Shoot a bat and follow the tunnel to the other end. Be careful of the pit in the middle. If you fall in, there is no way to get out. Stand jump to grab the top of the slope. Pull up, slide down, and jump with a right curve to grab the edge of the opening. Pull up into the room and pick up Gold Key #3 from the platform. Jump back to the slope and shimmy to the right. Back flip into the alcove again.

Turn around and pull up on the back wall and into another alcove. Turn around and stand jump to grab another ledge. Pull up into the tunnel and run to the end. Turn around and jump up to grab a ledge. Pull up and go forward to drop into a small room. You face a closed gate. Go towards the right and pick up Uzi ammo off the ground. Turn around and run into the opposite corner. Pull down the wall switch behind the plant in the corner. The gate opens behind you. Save the game.

Enter the open gate and shoot the cowboy. When he is dead, pick up magnums from the body. You are in a maze. From the entrance, go to the right. When the tunnel branches, take the right branch. You will find a wall switch. Pull down the wall switch and return back to where the tunnel split and take the other branch.

Go forward, right, left, left, right, right, left and diagonally to a long tunnel. Take the first left and see the open gate. Enter the room and be careful of the hole in the floor. Hop onto the back wall block and pick up Gold Key #4. Now drop through the hole and into the water of the starting room. Go through the open gates and climb the blocks again. Drop into the room where you fought the centaur. Drop into the tunnel and use the four keys in the four key locks. Follow the new tunnel and the level ends.
