Unfortunately, this level doesn't have a compass, so I'll give the directions as best as I can.

First, after dropping from the train, go to your right, shoot a box and take the dried fish. Now come back, turn right again and go to the next right turning. Go to the end and shoot the mail box. Take the golden tulip - this is SECRET #1.

Enter the market, climb the block, and shoot the third opposite window. Go there and climb the pipe. As the author said, press the left button and jump. Take the second tulip from the pedestal for SECRET #2. Climb down, go around the market and find climbale golden vine in the wall. As you get to the roof, quickly backflip, take the pistols and shoot the black wall. Climb the vine again and enter the small room. Give the fish to the cat and so you can take a wool. Shoot the small rock under the computer and push the picture near the desk. Take the last SECRET #3 from the computer.

Climb down and turn left. At the end shoot the grating and enter the crawlspace. There is nothing in the box. Open the trap door and enter the sewers. Go to the first right, and go all the way, till you find a ladder. Don't turn, just go forward. Push the button and climb the ladder. Shoot the boxes near the grey metal wall and take the chopsticks . You can now combine them with the wool, but it will be for later use. Come back to the sewers and to the place where you entered the first time. After geting out from the crawlspace, turn right and go through a small tunnel with painting on the wall. Turn left and when the camera view changes, turn left again. At the end pull out the trash bin. Take the fuse.

Now go again to the market and climb the block at the end. This time shoot a nearby opening for an upper crawlspace. Inside put the fuse in a control panel and enter another crawlspace. Inside shoot the grating and enter the bathroom. Take the bronze key. There is nothing more to do here, so go back all the way to the place where you found the fuse. There is a small metal block where you can climb up. Turn and shoot the opposite window in a corner. Enter there and grab the monkeyswing. Go to the end and drop and grab the crack in the wall (on the left side or Lara will not grab). Shimmy to the balcony and use the key. Give the grandma the knitting things (this is the combined chopsticks and the wool). She will start to make the scarf.

Go closer to the presents and you will see a car leaving in the garage, at the beginning of the level. Making a scarf will take some time, so go to that garage.
