Walkthrough by

Follow the hallway
until a flyby kicks in showing you various passages, signed by a certain TR
game each. You can pick any of the first three passages first.
Tomb Raider 1
Head through the
passage and watch the next flyby, then climb the
ladder and the path divides into three. Notice three closed doors in the NE
corner. Again, you can choose the order in which you get through the next three
paths.
Left Passage: Lost Valley
Get through the crawlspace, pick up Shotgun Ammo on some rocks to the right at the
end and the Shotgun to the left, on a ramp. Follow the valley and an earthquake
gets triggered. Kill five ninjas and take the Uzi Ammo and the Small Medipack with you. Climb the ladder in the SW
corner, cross the bridge and use the floor lever. A door in the main room
opens. Return all the way back there: First drop down to the floor, then head
NW and get back through the crawlspace.
Middle Passage: St. Francis' Folly
Follow the tunnel,
climb the near right block near the entrance to the larger room and turn
around. Jump up the various pillars (there's a Small Medipack
on a right pillar, so if you want it jump there) and when you face a pillar
that is too high for you to reach, simply jump towards it and grab an invisible
ladder. Climb up to the top and move along over the next pillars until you can
find Secret #1,
Shotgun Ammo
and Wideshot Shotgun Ammo, in the SW corner.
Drop down to the floor and face the large hall with various symbols on the
floor. I couldn't find any hints for it but this map should help you. The red
points mark the safe tiles.
On the other side of
the puzzle room follow the passage. Kill five scorpions and five ninjas in the next room, avoid
the small depression in the floor (deadly) and climb the small block in the W
part of the room. Turn S and jump to the higher pillar, then to the far ledge,
use the floor lever (a door opens in the main hall) and get back down. Climb
the block again, this time jump to the N walkway and search it for 2x Shotgun Ammo.
Get back down and return all the way over the puzzle room (using the map again)
and the next passage to the main hall.
Right Passage: Cistern
Climb the ladder and
follow the dark hall over the various walkways without falling into any of the
pits. In the NE run over the walkway and get Uzi Ammo.
Use the binoculars to spot a ladder SW leading down into the pit, climb down
here and search the pit for 3x Uzi Ammo which is Secret #2. Climb back up and head
NW, up the ramp and pick up Uzi Ammo. Dive down into the low NE pit, search
it for Flares
and climb out W. Use the floor lever (no camera hint but a door opens in the
main hall). Three
mummies appear on the other sides of the pool. Dive back in the
water, climb out E and avoid the mummies. Run over the sloped bridge and take a
difficult jump with a hard left curve to the marked ladder. Head back SE over
the walkways, drop into the hole in the corner and return to the main room.
All Three Paths Done
After all three doors
are opened, get through the fully revealed passage and pick up the Hand of Sirius
at the end. Return to the main hall, go left, climb back down the ladder and
arrive back in the starting hall.
Tomb Raider 2
Head through the
passage and watch the next flyby, then climb the
ladder and the path divides into three. Notice three closed doors in the SW
corner. Again, you can choose the order in which you get through the next three
paths.
Left Passage: Venice
Follow to an outside
area and kill a ninja
coming out of the building. In the pool you can find Flares and Uzi Ammo. Climb out again and enter
the building where the ninja came out, climb the ladder, backflip
on the first stage and search the room for Uzi Ammo. Now climb the ladder up and backflip on the top of the house. Head to the N side, grab
the ledge and drop down to the crawlspace, get in and find Secret #3, the Shotgun
and Shotgun
Ammo. Drop down to the floor, make your way
back up to the top of the building (using the ladder) and jump to the N
platform. Make your way over the red platforms, picking up Uzi Ammo along the way, and at the
end take a jump from the higher part of the last red ledge to the platform with
the floor lever. Use it (one of three doors in the main room opens) and dive
into the water. Climb back out, kill a ninja and two scorpions, then exit
this room and head back to the main room.
Middle Passage: Maria Doria
Follow the passage,
notice a closed door to the left and head through the right of the two passages
leading away from this room. Go W and pick up Shotgun Ammo, then head to the end
of the passage and search the boxes room for Flares and Uzi Ammo (the latter in a S crawlspace). Spot the SE passage and use the floor lever
to open a door N of this passage. Climb over the boxes and head through the
tunnel, in the next room avoid several boulders, then
climb the ladder at the end. Backflip onto the higher stage. There are two levers in the S part
of the room. Approaching the right one triggers three
boulders of which one will hide the lever, don't care for this one. Go
to the left lever and use it, then backflip away to
not get caught by the boulder. You might want to get to the N side of the room,
jump over the ramps to fall into a pool and get a Large Medipack,
but it's not necessary. If you still want to do that, climb out and you'll meet four mummies you'll
have to avoid, then climb back up the ladder in the middle of the N wall and on
top shimmy either left or right, then drop onto the platform and return to the
S part of the room. Either way, climb back down the W ladder,
retrace your steps through the boulder alley, the dark crate room (head W) and
through the S passages. The door to the right of the entrance
is open now, so head in and use the lever lever,
to open one of three doors in the main room. Head back there.
Right passage: Catacombs of the Talion
Head through the
corridor and in the larger room dash to the block row in the SE corner, climb
over it and find the Uzis, which will be helpful soon. Climb back over
the crates and kill five ninjas; one of them leaves a Small Medipack. Head N afterwards and climb on the
ramp, then slide down. In the gap you have to kill three ninjas. Climb the ladder and
then drop on either left or right platform. Get up the S wall and you face a
dark room with a deadly floor and a monkeyswing, but
this one is not needed at all except for a health-consuming side quest. If you
feel so inclined to take a Large Medipack and Uzi Ammo,
monkeyswing above the near S hole surrounded by
slopes, drop down and take them with you, but this will trigger four ninjas
that will make life hard for you; when finished with them, use the monkeyswing and get to the next S hole, you can find Uzi Ammo
here but your price is to get shot at by four ninjas. I advise you to not do that – from
the starting ledge, simply run to the SW part and jump to the SW platform, then
to the S one and finally to the safe sloped floor far S. Use the floor lever to
open one of three doors in the main room, but don't return there yet. Head to
the E site of the sloped floor, climb the blocks and jump over the small slope
to a more even ledge N. Climb into the crawlspace for Secret #4, a Large Medipack.
Get back out of the crawlspace, head N to the sloped floor and safety-drop down
to the entrance area of this part. Return to the main hall.
All Three Paths Done
After all three doors
are opened, get through the fully revealed passage and pick up the Hand of Sirius
at the end. Return to the main hall, go left, climb back down the ladder and
arrive back in the starting hall.
Tomb Raider 3
Head through the
passage and watch the next flyby, then climb the
ladder and the path divides into three. Notice three closed doors in the SW corner.
Again, you can choose the order in which you get through the next three paths.
Left Passage: Jungle
Follow the passage
and get into the crawlspace, but crawl back out immediately and first shoot two scorpions
before moving on, because they can be quite pesty.
Back in the crawlspace get far N and find Revolver Ammo. In this area all fully brown
textures are deadly, only the ones with a bit of green are safe, so jump on
them to get to the NW ladder. Climb it up, go further and jump to the N
platform. You can see several spikes appearing on the floor, so you have to
take the upper route. Jump to the E ledge, then to the N one,
again N, then to the NE one for a Small Medipack, to the
W one and then onto the slope. At the end of the slope jump to the
ladder, shimmy left as far as possible and drop onto the floor. Use the floor
lever to open one of three doors in the main room, then climb the NE ladder,
shimmy left around two corners and drop onto the safe ledge. Take a run-jump
into the low S pool, take the W Flares with you and climb out. Get on the
entrance ledge using the SW ladder, drop down to the floor, make your way back
over the safe tiles and the crawlspace and return to the main hall.
Middle Passage: Nevada
Head into the
larger area. Search the floor
part of it for the first Hand of Orion in the middle of the W wall,
guarded by two
scorpions. Head back to the entrance (there are some random death
tiles here so watch out!) and run up the ramp. Use the platforms and ledges to
get to the far upper NE side of the area, the jumps are all obvious. Take the
second Hand
of Orion with you, which alarms a single ninja on
the floor – get rid of him and drop down. Climb the ladder S of the ledge with
the second hand, drop down to the floor on the other side and climb the lone
pillar to the top. Get the Revolver, then climb back down and open the
nearby door by inserting both Hands of Orion in the receptacles. Climb the
ladder inside, backflip onto the higher stage and
kill a ninja.
Take the Grenades
from the blocks with you and use the floor lever to open one of three doors in
the main room. Drop down, head outside and climb back up the N ladder, but
don't get down yet. Turn around and jump to the SW ledge, from here jump W and
follow the roof. Left around the corner you can find Secret #5, a Large Medipack.
Drop down to the floor again and exit this room SW; head through the passage
that leads back to the main hall.
Right Passage: Crash Site
In the next room
first climb the W building for a Small Medipack, then
drop down again. Now place the four statues in the middle of the four greenish
crosses on the floor (it doesn't matter which statue is placed on which cross,
so just take the nearest one). The N door opens so head through and you're
confronted with five
mummies. Quickly climb onto the central structure and find the Grenadegun
in the middle, then you can blast them away. Head NW and climb the ladder to
the top of the N building, kill two ninjas and use the floor lever
to open one of three doors in the main room. Drop down NE and find Revolver Ammo
for Secret #6.
Return all the way S to the main room now when all things are finished here.
All Three Paths Done
After all three doors
are opened, get through the fully revealed passage and pick up the Hand of Sirius at
the end. Return to the main hall, go left, climb back down the ladder and
arrive back in the starting hall.
The Next Level
Since TR 4 and 5 are
still blocked, you first have to insert two Hands of Sirius into the
receptacles SE, head through the open door and place the third Hand of Sirius
to open the second door. Head through the passage and the level changes. Grab Uzi Ammo,
Shotgun Ammo,
Revolver Ammo
and a Large Medipack from the pedestals, then
use both floor levers to open the doors for the Tomb Raider 4 and 5 areas. Head
back through the passage you came from in the last level and – et voilà – the areas for TR 1-3
are blocked now, 4 and 5 are opened. You can decide again which part you take
first.
Tomb Raider 4
Head through the
passage and watch the next flyby, then climb the ladder and follow the passage.
Notice a closed door to the right and take the Flares that lie left around the
corner with you. Climb the ladder and slide down the slope one square left or
right from the middle, don't try to jump over the spikes that pop out of the
floor, they won't hurt you that much either. The last spike row seems to be
completely safe when you slide over it. Head through the W fake wall to find Secret #7,
the Shotgun
and Wideshot Shotgun Ammo, then head out to the
spike hall again. Follow the E passage, climb the ladder about ¾ of its height
and backflip with a midair turn, grab the next ladder
and climb to the top. Backflip onto the slope and
slide down into the next room; watch the flyby and afterwards take the Uzis
and a Small Medipack from the NW and NE pedestals. In the
two passages which hide two mummies (which you can blast away with the Grenadegun) you can find Shotgun Ammo and a Large Medipack. Push or pull the statue in the middle
of the room three times N and once E onto the marked tile to open the S door.
Slide down into the
next room. Push/pull the two statues onto the far NE and SE tiles (only those
are needed) to open two doors. Now climb both the NE and the SE pillars to the
top, find 2x
Uzi Ammo
(one on each) and from one of the ledges run-jump W to the exit ledge. Head through the opened doors. Climb the ladder, follow into
a dark room, find a Small Medipack and dive
into the pool. Swim to the lowest stage and pick up Flares, then head through the E
passage and climb out at the end. Follow the passage and grab a Large Medipack. At its end five mummies should have woken up so
shatter them with the Grenadegun. Follow the passage
and watch the flyby, then slide down into the next room and blast another five mummies
away. Get up to the top of the “pyramid” ahead of you to find the first Eye Piece,
then get down again and follow the N passage. Climb up the ladder and drop down
again on the other side. Dive into the pool, take the Flares with you and swim underneath
the ceiling tile NW to open a door for a secret later.
Climb back out S, then use the platforms to get to the high N platform. Take
the second Eye
Piece from the left pedestal (the other two will kill Lara after
grabbing the item). Enter the open door for a Large Medipack
and a Small Medipack, which is Secret #8. Return S over the
pillars or through the pool, jump up SW (or climb the ladder, in the latter
case). Head to the far S of the area, combine the two Eye Pieces and place the Eye of Horus
on the door to open it. Run up the stairs and get the first Cartouche Piece
on top, then head into the dark NW corner, climb the pillar and get the second Cartouche Piece;
also notice a still closed door far S. Head back out N and return to the ladder
you climbed minutes ago; combine the two Cartouche Pieces and place the Ba Cartouche
into the receptacle to open the left hand door. Inside the chamber use the
floor lever to open the door in the room where you have found the Cartouche
Pieces; return all the way there and enter a new area.
Climb the pillar on
the S wall, turn NW and jump to the next pillar, from here to the platform SW
and finally to the W exit. In the dark hall head forwards and climb the ledge
ahead of you. Head W over the wall until you hear the
secret chime, then pick up Super Grenades for Secret #9. Drop down and follow
the passage N. Pick up the Grenadegun and the door in
front of you opens. Head into the next room, shatter the five mummies in the gap and get the
first Cartouche
Piece one of them leaves, climb the next ladder, shatter the four mummies
in the next ramp and pick up the second Cartouche Piece. Get up the ladder and place
the combined Ba Cartouche to open the door for a Small Medipack. Climb the ladder above the door,
shimmy right and drop onto the walkway. Follow it around for Secret #10,
Shotgun Ammo
and a Small Medipack. Now climb the long ladder to the top,
pick up the Revolver
from the left alcove and the Hand of Sirius in front of the door to open
it; this is the door you've seen at the start of the TR 4 quest. Go left, climb
down the ladder and return to the starting hall.
Tomb Raider 5
Head through the
passage and watch the next flyby, then climb the
ladder and the path divides into four. Notice four closed doors in the far E.
Again, you can choose the order in which you get through the next four paths.
NW passage: Streets of Rome
Run up the ramp and
in the outside area pick up the first Hand of Orion. Approach the doors and they'll
open themselves; you're in the middle of a courtyard and ahead of you are four
receptacles for the Hands of Orion. To the right you can find Shotgun Ammo;
there's a ladder right of the just opened doors you can climb. Get on top of
the wall and find the Shotgun and Uzi Ammo for Secret #11; thereon drop down again. Go around
the W building and spot a ladder in the rear part; climb it and find the second
Hand of
Orion on the top. From the building run-jump SE onto the wall right
of the closed gates, then drop into the courtyard and at the end pick up a Small Medipack and the third Hand of Orion (the gates behind
you open). Head back to the middle of the courtyard and enter the N building;
dive into the pool and find the fourth Hand of Orion. Climb out and kill an attacking
ninja,
then head outside. When you have found all four Hands of Orion place them on
the W receptacles; this opens doors in the N building so head in again, get
through the open doorway and use the floor lever to open one of four doors in
the main hall. Return all the way there – get out, kill the ninja on
one of the walls and head down the E ramps to get back there.
NE passage: The Base
Run towards the
slopes and slide down the first one backwards. You'll slide and drop down
several slopes, at the last one jump forward holding Action to land on the
container. Jump to the NW container for Flares, then drop down to the floor, head up the
NW ramp and on top kill a ninja coming out of a right passage. Pick up the Ba Cartouche
the ninja has left behind, then a Large Medipack and Revolver Ammo
from the crates ahead; there's nothing else in the room where the ninja came
from. Return all the way back to the previous hall with the containers and
place the Ba Cartouche into the receptacle on the
opposite wall, to open the left hand door. Follow the passage, kill two ninjas
and in the outdoor area search for a Large Medipack NE.
Climb the stack of crates S, then jump to the large W container. From here jump
to the NW container and drop into the gap for Secret #12, Uzi Ammo and a Small Medipack.
Climb back out, jump to the central container and now
to the S ledge. Head right and use the floor lever at the end of the walkway to
open one of four doors in the main hall. Drop back down to floor level and
return W to the container room. Climb the crate to your left and run-jump to
the container where you landed after the slope sequence. Jump to the ladder and
climb back up all the way along the slopes. Head back into the main hall.
SE passage: Gallows Tree
Enter the cave and
climb the left hand blocks. Turn around and run-jump over a W ledge to the far
W platform where you can find a Small Medipack. Return
E, up the blocks, and spot a gap in the floor where you can find Flares
in. Climb up the ladder out of the hole, head NE and
dive into the pool. Pick up Flares, then follow the NE passage, get a Large Medipack and at the end of the tunnel the Ba Cartouche.
Return (a single mummy has been triggered in the pool) and climb out at the end.
Head SW in this lower part of the area and place the Ba
Cartouche to open the right hand door. Enter and use the floor lever to open
one of four doors in the main hall. Climb the left hand ladder, shimmy far left
around two corners (some jumps might shorten the time spent on shimmying a bit)
and get two
Large Medipacks in the NE corner of the
roof. Drop down and climb the W blocks again, then head back down and exit this
area NW, to reach the main hall again.
SW passage: The 13th Floor
Slide down the slope
and in the small passage choose either left or right way, since both paths lead
to the same crawlspace. Climb down the ladder here, get up the ladder in the
next room and kill the ninja. Take Wideshot
Shotgun Ammo
from the right ledge with you, then exit this room
through the crawlspace. In the next room kill four ninjas and take the Uzis, 4x Uzi Ammo,
a Large Medipack and – most important – the Ba Cartouche from
the left passage with you. Place the Ba Cartouche N
and the nearby door opens. Push the floor lever to open one of four doors in the
main hall. Kill three
ninjas that attack from behind. Now return all the way through the
various crawlspaces and over the ladders to the bottom of the slopes (there are
another two
ninjas to fight along the way); use the left hand ladders to climb
back up and thus you're back at the main hall.
All Four Paths Done
After all four doors
are opened, get through the fully revealed passage and pick up the Hand of Sirius
at the end. Return to the main hall, go straight to the exit, climb back down
the ladder and arrive back in the starting hall.
The Finale
Return into the SE
passage and place both Hands of Sirius in the two receptacles left and right of
the corridor leading to the room with the four receptacles. The door inside
opens; head through and arrive in a treasure room. Climb the ladder in the middle
of the S wall after the flyby has finished, then circle the walkway to use the
floor lever which opens the W door on the floor. Climb down the ladder or jump
to the top of the treasure rock, then slide down. Either way,
head through the just opened door. Slide down the slope and at its end
the level finishes.
THE END
Addendum: The Third Level
In the second level,
you can get through an invisible opening to reach a third level. You can find
the fake wall in the SW part of the hub room, two squares S from the SW corner.
Climb up S and head forward, then you're entering the third level, called “Alternative
Villa”, you can have a look at several text messages on the wall here
not mentioned here. Head forwards and climb a non-marked ladder in the middle
of the E wall. Get up and circle the gap in the floor, head into the SW passage
and the crawlspace that follows it shortly. Pick up the Flares, then crawl further, then
left and straight. Pick up Explosive Crossbow Ammo at the end, turn, staying
close to the left wall you should soon find the exit, and you can explore the
maze for another 2x Explosive Crossbow Ammo too. In the next room slide down
into the gap in the floor, only use the S floor lever (all others are useless)
and take the Large
Medipack from the middle of the room (but
you have to avoid or shatter four mummies now). Climb the unmarked ladder near
the SW corner (the wall is higher than the rest though) and enter the open
doorway. Follow the long and dark passage, kill two ninjas along the way and on the
high balcony you'll reach at the end slide down to the floor. Take the Uzi Ammo
from the NW corner with you, then head E and enter another maze. Search it for 6x Uzi Ammo,
blast two
mummies away, and find the exit in the far NE. Follow the hallway
and a flyby shows a room looking a bit like the hub room from the previous
levels, but all entrances except the one under the “exit” sign are closed.
Slide down and enter said passage, follow it to the end and pick up the Crossbow
in front of the floor lever, which is Secret #13. Use the floor lever to open the
upper N door, climb up the ladder there and enter the very first room of this
level. Drop down into the hole and approach the fake wall to return to the
second level.
