A camera shows you 2 SAS to kill. Climb the ladder for some normal shells, the uzis and some ammo for them on the top. Descend and go into the S storage. Climb the left crate and the ladder to slide down the slope and use the shelf in front of you to jump on the opposite crates. Descend using the N ladder and throw a jumpswitch in the dark. Get some flares, a large and a small medi from the S, climb back to the top and descend on the train parked in the centre of the storage. Get outside to enter the open portal on the W. Behind it, kill 3 SASes.

Find the door on the SW. Go through the following crawlspace, down into the basement and upstairs to throw a switch. The portal next to it remains locked, so backtrack to the patio. Follow the W passage, then enter the S door (this is the one the last switch opens).

Kill one SAS below the shelf, and another one standing on it. Get up there and find a crowbar in the SE corner. Return to the basement and use the crowbar to open the door next to the switch you've once thrown. Follow the revealed corridor to get on the balcony and throw the N jumpswitch. Hop on the nearby awning for a large medi and some flares, go back downstairs and right on the junction to land in a pool. Swim across. Pull the jumpswitch in the next room and get closer to the door for it to open. You need to crawl and drop to fall back into the pool, but there is nothing more you can do here, so quit the game and launch something really good now.

[Comment added by Mulf: After dropping down into the pool again (by crawling backwards through the buggy door), you can actually go through another door in the NW corner of the central plaza, push another lever switch, and enjoy the "mission accomplished" tune. The finish trigger is in an adjoining corridor behind a door operated by that lever.]
