The Old Key

 

Turn left and drop into a hole behind the pillar to get shotgun shells. Back to the starting point, shoot the nearby bad guy and another one on the pier near the boat; explore the corpses to pick up a small medipack and automatic pistols ammo. If you want some extra pickups, swim to the area with the small island and the horizontal tree you can see from the pier, climb the ledge in the corner and jump to the island to get a small medipack, flares and shotgun shells. Jump into the water and swim under the pier to find an UW passage next to the place where the boat is parked; find the OLD KEY at the back and swim outside to the pier again. Use the key to open the door and once inside shoot the rats, pick up a large medipack, shotgun shells and the SHOTGUN itself. When you go outside beware of the enemy on the balcony above; better jump to the starting area and shoot him from there.

 

First Switch

 

From the pier, jump into the water and swim towards the gray building the boat is pointing at; swim through the passage in its left side to find closed doors, but also an opening in the right side with a white keyhole (*) you can climb (remember this keyhole for later). Do it so, jump over the spiked pit and onto the more external ledge; now jump to the opening in the wall and from here take a running jump to grab the edge of the small island with the big tree, turn right and take another running jump to the small ledge with the uzi clips in the dark corner; finally take a last running jump with a right curve over the small fence in the balcony, shoot the rat and pull the switch to raise the nearby double doors in the water to your left.

 

Second Water Area

 

Shoot the rocks in the passage where the rat came from and drop into the hole to get the SECRET #1: Golden Coins. Go back outside, jump into the water and mount the boat this time; drive the boat through the passage with the raised doors to a new area where a shotgun man awaits. First dismount on the platform the enemy is (Alt + left or right arrows) and dispatch him, shoot a raven too and pick up the small medipack the thug dropped. Now swim towards the area with the arches and near the corner with the tree there is a small area with ground where you can go out of the water; approach to the entrance canal and take a running jump to grab the edge of the sloped pillar, hoist up, slide and jump to grab the small ledge with the fence; take a running jump to the next ledge and shoot a raven, jump over the fence to the next opening and in the corridor with the rolling ball just run and jump over the spiked pit. At the end of the passage turn around, drop/grab the edge, shimmy left and drop/grab the edge of the ledge below.

 

Room with Flying Disks

 

Hoist up and continue through the corridor; at the end, take a curved running jump to land onto the block in the water avoiding the disks, turn left and take a standing jump to the ledge near the corner, turn around and take a running jump to grab the edge of the higher ledge near the wall, now jump to the flat part of the ledge in the corner between the slopes and take a standing jump to the next block in the water, turn left and take an angled standing jump to grab the edge of the window sill, hoist up and pull the switch (notice the door opening in the adjacent window sill). On the next window sill there are shotgun shells to pick up. From the ledge where the switch is you can take a curved running jump to the flat ledge in the corner between the slopes where you've been before, from there take a standing jump to grab the edge of the high ledge next to the wall, turn around and take a running jump with grab to the opening with the open door. Or if you prefer jump into the water, swim to the corner near the entrance where you'll find a slope to stand up, jump/grab the edge of the slope above, shimmy left, hoist up and repeat the same movements to reach that high ledge next to the wall.

 

The Skull Key

 

Once in the window sill with the open door take a running jump to the ledge with the ladder, climb up to the top (Lara will look to a blocked opening) and drop into the next room. First drop into the hole in the corner, shoot the rats and pull the movable block once. Go back up to the previous room and shoot the rocks to clear the way, climb the block and take a running jump to the battlements, slide and jump over the spikes, advance and run left or right to avoid the rolling ball. In this temple area draw weapons and shoot several baddies; they will drop a small medipack, uzi ammo and automatic pistols ammo; just on a small ledge in front of the entrance you can find the SKULL KEY (camera shot of a place you've already visited). Look for a hole in the water in one of the corners of this area (to your right when facing the key) and swim inside to find the SECRET #2: Golden Ingots. Go back outside and shoot a new enemy. Now run up the stairs towards the switch but beware of another rolling boulder, shoot two ravens and pull the switch to see a door raising somewhere.

 

Exiting the Area with the Boat

 

Exit this area the way you came, jumping over the boulder in the corridor, jump into the water and swim to the area where the boat is parked. Do you remember the place where the movable block was? Mount the boat, drive a bit to that place and dismount onto that ledge, climb to get the AUTOMATIC PISTOLS and shoot two ravens. Mount on the boat again, drive under the arches and take the first left; at middle way notice an opening in the right wall you can jump from the boat to get automatic pistols ammo and flares. Mount on the boat again, drive taking an U-turn around the corners and press the "Ctrl" key to take an extra boost so the boat can get up the grassy ramp at the end; when you're up quickly dismount and let the boat continue its way. Explore this small room to find a large medipack and uzi clips; light a flare and look up behind the pillar in the center of the room to discover a high opening and get the SECRET #3: a Golden Skull, 3 X uzi clips and the UZIS. Back down, shoot the rocks blocking the way and jump into the water so you can mount the boat and drive back to the main starting area. Remember the passage where the white keyhole was (*), drive there, dismount and use the key to raise the double doors.

 

Cascade Area

 

Drive the boat through the short passage and down the cascade, quickly dismount and climb the ledges to shoot a couple of thugs who will drop a small medipack and uzi clips. Jump into the water and explore the bases of the pillars to find an UW lever (next to the closed doors); pull it, mount on the boat and continue to the next area.

 

Preparations for a Timed Run

 

From the entrance drive to your left and dismount at the end when you notice you are being shot. From the grassy ledge dispatch the thug, take a running jump to the ledge with the dead guy and once inside the building jump into the water and surface at the other side to find a small medipack and 2 X uzi clips. Go back outside to that grassy ledge. Jump up the hill and take a running jump to land onto the wooden bridge, go inside the building and shoot another thug. Notice the keyhole and run down the steps, pull the switch to open the grate and pull the block once; now go outside to the bridge, jump into the water and swim around the corner to the stone bridge where the movable blocks are, pull a second block against the wall opposite the first block, clearing the bridge this way. Swim all around the central building to the place where you parked the boat, mount and drive all the way back to the area with the wooden bridge; dismount placing the boat pointing the stone bridge with the movable blocks.

 

The Rusty Key

 

Look for more rocks to shoot in this small area revealing a switch (timed), so save your game before you pull it. Once you do it, quickly roll and run to mount on the boat, drive all around the central building to the other side, next to the place where you shot the first enemy in this area, locate the open grate to your right and jump there from the boat. Shoot a bunch of rats, pick up the automatic pistols ammo and the RUSTY KEY. Now go all the way back to the wooden bridge, cross it and go inside the central building to use the key.

 

Final Battle

 

Cross a second wooden bridge and shoot a couple of enemies, continue up the wide stairs avoiding several rolling boulders and at the end safely drop into the next room. Advance and draw a powerful weapon because you'll have to deal with two T-Rex (not very difficult if you got the uzis in the last secret). When the calm is restored look for a big mound of gray rocks blocking the way in one of the passages, climb the mound using the flatter parts and jump to the dark opening in the wall to your right, climb the ladder, take a running jump to cross the bridge and in the final room shoot the rats and pull the switch: a pit appears in the center of the room.

 

The Artifact

 

Go outside and from the broken bridge safely drop to the floor, shoot the thug located high up the entrance ledge if you want and finally drop into the pit. I found nothing in the water so jump to the opening in one of the walls and continue to find a room with many water holes. Explore the small holes in all four corners, and one of them will take you to a small room with a switch which will raise panels in the adjacent room so you can finally get the POWER CRYSTAL. Shoot a couple of baddies when you get back there, pick up the artifact and an UW door will open; jump into the water and swim through that last passage to finish the level.
