Pick up a large medi from the entrance on your left and a small one from the hole in the wall on the other side of the patio. Drop to the next patio, collect the uzis from the NE corner and some additional ammo for them from in front of the E door. Follow the S passage, finding some more uzi ammo on your way to the courtyard. Go around the houses, kill 2 wild boars and find a colorful texture on the N wall of the house. It actually marks a ladder to climb. From the roof, pick up the shotgun (SECRET#1). Actually, from now on you're able to reach almost every place in this level (but not its end). Find a crowbar on the W roof. Go behind the patio you can walk above to find a revolver on a flat tile. If you wanna follow the intended way, go back to the wild boars' courtyard and hop into the pit in the NE corner to kill a croc and proceed to the next courtyard. Jump over the fiery tiles, marked (approximately) by spike holes texture and some tar, to get on the square with a face. Go around the pillar, through the door on the W and across the next patio. SHORTCUT: Go through the unmarked portal in the NW corner. INTENDED WAY: Grab the key and exit through the hole on the S. Pull up to the next room and find a trident in the corner. Collect SECRET#2 - some revolver ammo (if you collected the previous secret, this one doesn't count - don't know, why) - from the block next to the "Egyptian Adventure" sign. Now get back to the very first room and open the gate with a key you have. Follow the passage and go down into the basement. Don't touch the tar. Proceed to the next room and use a hole on the E to drop to the room below. Jump over the tar pit and go right to reach the only one pool you can explore. Jump in, swim through the passage and get out in a new corridor. Find a pedestal at its end and hop on it to be able to grab the ladder above it. Climb to the top and find the main artifact - Horseman's Gem. Swim back through the pool, get out of it and go through the unexplored passage to find a hole in the next room, and the next Gate Key in it. Backtrack to the upper floor of the basement, jump over the hole, enter the previous room and place the key in its hole in the W door. Go outside, follow the passage and finish the level.
