Run to the west towards a pool. Kill three bats and two dogs. Dive into the pool and swim north. When the tunnel widens, look for a small medipack and Uzi ammo on two corner blocks. Continue swimming north and pull up to kill three dogs. Go to the south-west corner and hop onto a ledge. Then stand jump to the red ledge at the west wall. Go north and jump up to grab a monkey swing. Follow the monkey swing and drop onto the north red ledge. Go into the north tunnel and enter a room.

Kill two bats and climb onto the blocks in the north-east corner. Face south and pull up to a higher ledge. Kill a bat and jump over the room to the west ledge. Go west to fall into water. Swim south and pull up onto a ledge and kill two dogs. Go to the north-east corner of the east ledge and pick up the Guardian Key from a pedestal. You hear a gate open. Exit by way of the gate in the east wall. Safety drop to the ground and go east. Go to the north-east corner and hop onto a small mound. Run and jump to the south-west red ledge. Jump over a gap onto the south red ledge and pick up Uzi's. Get down and swim back to the starting area.

Go south and down a ramp. Use the Guardian Key and the gate opens. Enter the room for secret #1, small medipack, five Uzi ammo, and a Guardian Key. Exit this area and go to the north-west and use the second Guardian Key to open the gate. Enter and run north to get a flyby of a pool and dogs. Continue north to that pool and kill three dogs.

Get into the pool and find a hole in the floor at the north wall. Swim inside and follow the tunnel. Pull up and use a floor lever. Turn around and the large gate is open. Go to the back of the room. Back flip to a slope and jump forward to grab a ledge. Enter the tunnel for Uzi ammo. Go back to the room with the pool. Go back into the open gate and use the floor lever again to close the gate. Swim back to the pool and pull up. Go to the east wall and use the floor lever. The small gate in the north wall should open. There was a confusing combination of floor levers that worked. I think the floor lever behind the large gate had to be used twice before the floor lever at the east wall would work.

Enter the small north gate and go west to find a hole with water. Dive in and swim north through an open gate. Then go west and pull up into a room. Use the floor lever and get back into the water. Go east, south, and west to see a closed gate. Go south and pull up into a room. Use the floor lever and get back into the water. The gate is open so swim inside and enter a large pool. Pull up to any ledge.

Start on the north ledge. Step on the gray tile and the gate opens. Enter and the gate closes. Kill three dogs and enter the tunnel. Follow to a room and go to the west wall and use the floor lever. Step on the gray tile by the south wall and the gate opens. Kill two dogs and exit the room. Go back to the water. Go to the south ledge. Step on the gray tile and the gate opens. Enter and the gate closes. Follow the tunnel and kill three dogs. Follow to a room and go to the west wall and use the floor lever. You hear a gate open. Go to the south wall and pick up the Amulet of Horus from the pedestal. Step on the gray tile by the north wall and the gate opens. Go up the steps and enter the opening in the west wall. Slide down the slope and the level ends.
