Tomb Garden (Le Jardin du Tombeau)

Start with a long flyby over a maze to a gate that needs an item. Of course, the item is behind a fence behind Lara. Go forward to a T-junction and kill two scorpions. Go south and follow to a dead end to pick up a small medipack. Return to the T-junction and go north. The east branch is a dead end so continue north and then west. Go south to a second T-junction and turn left. Just follow this walkway to kill a scorpion and dive into some water. Swim in the crawl space to the east at the bottom. Pull up into an area and go north to pick up a Horseman's Gem (Joyau du Cavalier) and a small medipack. Kill a blue ninja behind you. The gate opens so you do not have to swim back. Go back to the second T-junction and this time go right. Turn to the north, then east, and take the first branch south. At the end, loop around a hedge to pick up a shotgun and kill three scorpions. Return and go west and then north for red shotgun shells. Get back and take the other branch to the east. Go pass a left opening, and at the end, pick up red shotgun shells and kill a blue ninja. Go back to opening you passed and follow it to a receptacle. Use the Horseman's Gem and the gate opens.

Enter and go west for flares and then go north. Kill two blue ninjas and pick up the Uzi's and Uzi ammo. Kill another blue ninja that appears behind you. Go to the north-east corner of the structure and pull a wall switch in the dark corner. You get a cut scene of a gate at the top opening. Kill two blue ninjas that leave Uzi ammo and red shotgun shells. Get into the gate and safety drop to a platform. Pick up flares and a small medipack. If you dangle your feet in the water you can attract and kill three crocodiles before you have to enter the water. If not, then swim fast. Use binoculars and look south-west into the water and see something on the floor. Dive in and pick up the Horseman's Gem. Then swim to the middle of the west wall and pull an underwater lever and get a cut scene of an underwater gate rising. Swim south along the wall and into a triangular opening near the bottom. Swim down to the end for red shotgun shells and then swim back outside for air. You may have seen a hole in the tunnel floor. Swim back and go down the hole and follow another tunnel and near the end swim up into a pool for air. Go to the north-east corner behind a plant for red shotgun shells. Go to the north-west corner and climb the wall. Pull the switch on the east wall and get a cut scene of the doors opening on the ground floor. Climb back down and kill a crocodile and go to the open doors.

Enter but be careful of the deadly water over the short ledge. Go to the right to pick up flares. Go left and start jumping over the ledges. Every time you land on a ledge you have to kill a bat. Run and jump south-east, run, jump and grab south, and run and jump west. Jump with a right curve to the west around a pillar. On this ledge is a switch. Pull the switch and get a cut scene of the timed gate opening in the north-west. First continue west and then south over the ledges. Then to the south-east and finally jump to a large block on the south wall. Pick up crossbow poison ammo.  Jump up and monkey swing east and you drop onto an invisible platform. Walk to the end and jump to a ledge in the east corner. You get secret #1 and pick up crossbow explosive ammo. Run, jump but no grab and land back on the invisible platform. Continue to the large platform to the west and pull the switch. Grab the ceiling and monkey swing back to a platform. Jump back to the platform with the switch. Pull the switch and get back to the timed gate real fast. If you fail, pick up the small medipack, and go back to try again. Follow the tunnel up to a room. Evade the skeleton and shoot the three vases and pick up another Horseman's Gem and Uzi ammo. Pull the switch on the north wall and the gate opens. Go behind the column and use the floor lever to get a cut scene of a trap door dropping. Go back to the first room and drop through the trap door and into some water.

Go back to the north-west corner and climb the wall. The gate is open go enter the crawl space. As you crawl you get a cut scene of the floor in the water cave. Just in case you forgot the Horseman's Gem, you should go back for it now. At the end use a Horseman's Gem to open the gate. Climb down a ladder and light a flare to see in the dark room. Pick up the crossbow from the floor. Use the second Horseman's Gem and a gate opens in the north wall. Enter the tunnel and kill a skeleton. At the end drop into a shaft and fall into some water. There is a closed gate in the pool. When you get out of the water, four skeletons attack. There is a trap door in the south-east corner. Go north and a lot of fires start on the steps. Go up the steps carefully as some tiles are plain with no texture  to indicate spike traps. Near the top, kill the two harpies that appear. At the top near the east wall, pick up a grenade gun. You see an Ornate Handle surrounded by spike traps and fire. Go to the north-west corner and pull the wall switch and get a cut scene of the underwater gate opening. Swim into an underwater room with sarcophagus. Pick up flares in the middle of the north wall. Avoid the crocodile and swim to the east wall and swim down a hole in the floor. In the room below swim north-west and pick up red shotgun shells. Continue and swim into a crawl space and pull up into a dark room.

There is a closed gate in the west wall. Go east and climb the wall and get into an opening. Kill two bats as you arrive. Go east and behind the pillar for red shotgun shells. Then go to the south-west corner for a floor lever. Use it and go back to the first room where the west gate is open. Inside go west to pick up flares off a platform. Use binoculars and you see a trap door on the floor, two scorpions, and a climbable wall on the central structure. Climb the structure, pick up Uzi ammo, the Hathor Effigy (Effigie d'Hator) and hear the trap door open. Get down and into the hole. Get into the crawl space and get a cut scene of the trap door closing above you. At the end, pick up red shotgun shells and climb a ladder. You get a flyby of the room ending with the gate at the Ornate Handle opening then closing again. Pick up Uzi ammo from the bottom step and go up the steps. At the top kill a harpy that attacks. Do not step on the dark circle tiles since they are firetraps. Follow the ledge to kill a scorpion and a harpy. At the north-west corner a bat attacks and a demigod shoots at you from the central platform. Do not step on the corner tiles, as they are spike traps. Angle jump to the next ledge and at the next left turn stop. Walk up the ramp high enough to aim and shoot at the demigod, but not so high that the demigod can shoot back. When the demigod is dead, go to the central platform and kill two skeletons that sneak up behind you. Pick up a large medipack and pull the wall switch for a cut scene of the door opening and a blue ninja coming through. Safety drop to the floor and kill the blue ninja.  Watch where he dies since he drops a Horseman's Gem.

Go east to a pool to kill a bat that would annoy you later. Dive in and pick up red shotgun shells and Uzi ammo. Pull an underwater lever in the south-east corner to open the gate. Get out and kill a crocodile. Swim into the open gate and pick up the Music Scroll (Parchemin de Musique). You get a very dark cut scene of a trap door opening. When you get out of the water you have to kill a demigod and a harpy. Go to the north behind the plants and see a golden tile on the floor. Step on it and the flame on the pedestal stops. Go there and pick up the Ornate Handle (Poignee Sculptee). Get back up to the platform and remember about the fire tiles and spike traps on the wall. Make the Portal Guardian and stand at the south-east corner of the receptacle to use it. You get a cut scene of a trap door opening into some water. Get down and go to the south-west and climb down into the hole you come from. Follow the tunnel and back through the now open trap door. Go east through the gate and drop into the next room. Kill a blue ninja and swim back through the two underwater rooms back to the room with the fires on the stairs. Either swim faster than the crocodile or lure him back to kill him.

Go to the south-east corner and find the trap door open by the Guardian Portal. Run down the tunnel and kill two bats and a crocodile. Near the end, go into a south alcove and use the Horseman's Gem to open a gate at the east wall. Enter and room and turn south to pick up flares. Go to the south-east corner and pull a switch on a pillar. You hear a trap door drop and get a cut scene of blue ninjas emerging from the tunnel. Go north and pick up flares and kill three blue ninjas. Go to the north-east corner and climb a pillar. Slide and jump to the pillar to the west and the fire goes out. Quickly run and jump to a safe pillar to the south-west before the fire starts again. All pillars with fires are timed and will start again in a few seconds. Jump to a pillar to the west and then to the south. Jump to the next pillar south and slide backwards and grab. Pull up, back flip, roll and grab a pillar to the east. Two more pillars and you are on a safe on a high pillar. From there monkey swing to the central pillar. Face south and grab a ladder in the hole in the ceiling. Climb the ladder and run up the tunnel. Jump over the spike pit, roll, and jump back again as a spike ball rolls down into the spike pit. Continue up the tunnel and over another spike pit. Jump over and return to avoid a second spike ball. At the top of the tunnel, climb the east wall. As you approach the gate, it opens. Run towards the jeep and the level ends.
