Basement Course

Turn right and go inside the E building to find the uzis on a wooden crate. You can continue and slide down the slope to the basement or go back to the starting point and mount the bike, drive E and continue a short way until you go down a ramp to the basement course. Stop at the bottom of the ramp and climb to the opening in the S wall, find and push the moveable crate twice to reveal a small room where you can pick up shotgun shells and press a button to open a grated door somewhere.

Not really necessary to go to that door if you use the bike. You didn’t notice it, but this button also opens another door at the top of a ramp near this place. Now you have two choices: if you go on foot you can follow the path through the course until you eventually find the open door, or you can drive the bike up the nearby W ramp and through the opening at the top to reach a room with a pool. Either way, you can use the bike to go up to that pool room to save time, because I found nothing interesting in the basement or in the pool behind that grated gate you saw in the camera shot.

The Shovel

Jump into the pool and swim down and to an opening N to find the shotgun, go back to dry land and follow the only possible path to a room with another pool and the open door you saw when pressing the button. Jump to the NW ledge where the fire is, through the opening there, jump over the hole to get the uzi clips and climb down the ladder to get the Shovel. Now go all the way back to the room with the first pool where you got the shotgun.

The Big Cave

Look for a mound of land in the W dead-end passage, use the shovel in front of the mound and watch the cut scene. Climb down the ladder or, if you used the shovel on the mound, go out of the water and continue W to shoot some bats. Notice the dry riverbed in front of you and the double doors to the left side preventing the water from flowing. First go to the right (N) to the ledges overlooking a big lake below; take a swan dive into the lake, go out of the water from the E side and shoot the reptile from that safe position. Advance N and jump to the NW ledges to eventually find a wooden hut with a closed door.

First Cog Wheel

Retrace your steps and go to the back side of the hut, go to the rocky ledges in NE corner and look for a dark crawlspace there; go inside and pull the switch to open the door of the hut. Jump into the water and go back there, enter, shoot some bats, climb the ladder and pick up the first Cog Wheel (1/3). Go back outside.

First Secret

From the wooden bridge take a running jump to the NE ledge, another one W and a last one N (with grab). From this opening you can jump over the double doors if you want and advance to a dry lake, look for a crawlspace in the E wall to find SECRET #1: the grenade gun. From this place you can take a shortcut to quickly finish the level if you go to the SE mound, take a running jump to the rocky ledge attached to the N wall, jump to the S ledges, etc. But since I’m sure that you don’t want to miss a big part of the gameplay, from the secret crawlspace look and climb the ladder in the N wall, follow the passage until you find a small medipack to your right in a wider area with a sort of swamp, continue to find a small pool where you can pick up uzi clips, climb back to shoot a couple of small dinos and find yourself again near the double doors.

Second Cog Wheel

Now you must return to the S side of this area, to the place where you shot the reptile some time ago and climb the E rocky ledges to go back up to the top of the cave, to the place where you took the swan dive and the dry riverbed. Once there go S to the double wooden doors and take a running jump to the ledge W of the doors, go S a bit and turn left to spot some dinos at the other side of the river; shoot them and jump there to a small opening where you’ll find shotgun shells, back outside continue jumping to the W and E riverbanks until you find a passage with some bats; continue to find a small pool and another hut. Jump into the water and dive through the E passage until you can surface and find a crawlspace with the second Cog Wheel (2/3). Swim back to the previous pool and go inside the hut to find a reptile. At the other side you’ll find a bridge and the machinery to use the wheels, but one of them is still missing.

Third Cog Wheel

Go to the right where the big rotating wheel is and find a crawlspace in the N side wall; go inside, shoot some bats and jump into the water hole to finally surface in a big underground lake at the end of the path. There is a protruding underwater ledge attached to the W wall near the surface, look there for the third Cog Wheel (3/3). Now go out of the water near the SE corner, go inside the cave, look for a hole with a ladder, go down and find yourself back near the bridge and the machinery. Place the wheels to open the nearby door, pull the switch and watch the flyby.

Going Up

You know were to go now, jump into the water and let the current take you to the lower lake where the hut with the first wheel was, continue swimming to the now flooded area where you found the first secret. From the S ledge you can take a running jump NE to the platform with the skeleton to pick up shotgun shells and shoot some dinos. Jump back to the S side of the lake and climb the rocks near the center of the S wall. Light a flare and look up: there is an edge you can reach only by jumping (the right one) so situate Lara under that edge with her shoulder against the S wall and facing W, jump to grab it and shimmy right and around the corners to the very end, hoist up and jump back to a flat ledge (shoot a bat here).

Approach to the N side, turn a bit right (NE) and spot a ledge over the lower platform with the skeleton; take a long running jump there (no grab), shoot the bats and go inside the crawlspace. In the next cave shoot a couple of reptiles and continue through the only possible path (keeping always near the wall to your right) shooting more dinos on your way until you eventually find a ladder in a corner; climb up and shoot a reptile in the next passage.

Second Secret

In this location notice a slope to your right and a hole above; place Lara in front of the slope facing N, jump forward and hop back and forth with grab in the last jump to reach the room above, go through the crawlspace there, shoot some bats and get SECRET #2: a large medipack. Go back down the way you came.

The Scrap of Paper

Continue and soon you'll find a room with a fire and skeletons; near a skeleton you can pick up the Scrap of Paper; go out of the hut to finish the level.

Enter the building and collect the UZI from the box. Get on the bike, turn around and ride down in the basement. After the slope get off and climb up into the passage on the wall. Push in the crate, collect the Shotgun Ammo and push the button. Find the open gate and reach 2 pools. Find the Shotgun in one of them. Jump over the other's ledge, climb down the ladder and collect the Shovel. Find a light-brown nearby hill and use it. Lara drops down in the water. Getting out head to the right, get down or jump down into the water. Climb out. Meanwhile shoot the bats and the green reptile below. Get into the other small cave below, and after a small crawling pull the lever in the opposite right-hand corner. The grate opens in the small wooden building. Get inside, shoot the bats, climb up the ladder and collect the Cog Wheel #1. Get outside. Run up and jump into the left-hand alcove, then on the other shore. Find a Small Medipack. Climb down the ladder. In the now dry water-course climb into a crawlspace and find the Secret #1: The Grenade Gun. Meantime kill a few dinosaurs and bats. Return the way where you came above and head into the opposite direction.

Jump over next to the hurdle and back on the other side. Small dinosaurs attack Lara but she gets some Shotgun Ammo there. Reach a pool. Jump into the water and swim into another one. Meanwhile get the Cog Wheel #2. Swim back, kill a reptile on the shore and reach the gears. Notice that 3 wheel are missing. Head to the right and get into the crawlspace by the rolling big wheel. Kill the birds and jump into the water. In the large cave find the Cog Wheel #3 on one of the rock platforms. Climb out of the water, kill the monsters, climb down to the right on the ladder and return to the machine. Place the 3 Wheels and climb down the ladder to the left, behind the open grate. Pulling the lever the sluice gates are open.

Jump into the water above and swim to the first location. Behind the small building, when you found the 1st Wheel, swim through the open hurdle. Notice that now you wouldn't got the 1st Secret, the small passage has disappeared. Climb out of the water above and collect the Shotgun Ammo by the skeleton. Kill the dinosaurs. Jump back on the other side and climb up to the left-hand rock's ledge. Shimmy to the right and jump back. Jump on the other side above and climb into the crawlspace. On the other end shoot some green reptiles. Climb down the ladder and get the Small Medipack. Climb back up and reach the sloping platform to the right. Stand in front of it on its left side, jump on it forward than back, than forward again but hit on the CTRL now. Get into the crawlspace above and find the Secret #2: the Large medipack. Get down and reach the final location. Collect the Scrap of Paper by the skeleton and heading to the exit the level finishes.
