The reason behind this opener is that you have travel time when using Saber Throw into a Force Charge into applying dots which means you are starting late on the DPS boards and behind the rest of the group by several GCD’s. Can now affect up to 40 targets per attack (from 20). if not, game mechanic has a problem. As you deal damage you can basically regain stacks of Furious Power fast enough to keep using in rotations while increasing your damage output.
