Flat base woks are designed for electric stoves which is impossible for wok cooking, takes too long to heat up and cool down! But in fact, some of the best stir frys are seasoned with a simple splash of soy sauce. But I’ve never thought to put it in a stir-fry! This was okay, but we have had much better, just as easy pasta dishes.
