Put a little of this in your coffee. First ingredient is water. Mostly I use this product in my brittle recipe, that I make at Christmas time. I've been using it in baked goods and it totally alters the taste of the food - all I taste is the vanilla, even when I cut it in half. I miss real vanilla but at current prices it’s either stop baking or use artificial. On top of the missing lid I seen a wet spot on the box and when I turned the flavoring upside down it was in fact leaking so now it has to be thrown out since I won't use something that I don't know what was done to it. I guess you get what you pay for. Dissapointed that it was in plastic, but refilled my older glass bottle with the new.
