Before beginning play, choose whether or not you wish to enable the timed sequences. After the opening cut scene, go the plinth, take a TORCH from the pile and light it on the nearby flame. Go to the dark alcove and hop up two times to an upper passage. Follow around the corner, jump over the floor hole and hop up to a small room. Drop the torch and pull down the ceiling trap door over the inverted cone. Muscle your way past the cone and pull up to find the SILVER KEY on a plinth. Get back down, pull down the wall switch to have your picture taken by the gremlin (repeat this pattern for each of the events that follow) and retrieve the torch. Light the inverted cone to open the adjacent door and slide down the ramp into a shallow pool where the torch will be doused and left behind.

 

Pull out and run forward for the diving event. Pull down the wall switch, approach the high diving board and climb up. Take a picturesque dive into the pool, Pull out SE and go through the passage ahead to the swimming competition. Your opponents are Kurtis, a sea hag, a frogman, a barracuda and a crocodile. Have your picture taken, take your position at Lane 3 and take a running jump into the water for a seemingly unfair advantage. However, Kurtis will undoubtedly overtake you and win the race. Pull out and go through the opening ahead to your left. Slide down and proceed to the balance beam event. Pull down the switch, make your way across the beam and proceed to the long jump event.

 

Have your picture taken from the stands and save your game for an exercise that’s more difficult than it might first appear. Stand in front of the white line and watch the platform rise at the other end. Sprint down the green path, jump when you reach the ramp to land on the platform, immediately reverse roll and jump off to grab to grab the first of two swingpoles before the platform drops back down. Swing and jump to grab the higher swingpole, swing and jump off to activate the jump switch in the W wall that opens the exit door.

 

Go on through and follow the passage to the wall climbing event. Jump into the pool, swim across and pull out NW to have your picture taken and start climbing the N wall. Shift right into a fixed camera and continue toward the corner. Shift right around the corner, and either drop to grab a wall crack or climb up to grab it, as the case may be, and shimmy right to the next corner. Shift right around the corner and continue along the S wall until you near the next corner. Climb up to an opening and pull into the upper passage. Follow to a seeming dead end and pull up left into a blue-lined passage. Hop down at the other end to trigger a cut scene of a motley crew. As your competitors take their starting positions, pull down the wall switch for a photo op and use your Sllver Key to open the nearby door.

 

Get on the motorized bike and ride over to Lane 4. Start the race and ride into the E opening as once again Kurtis overtakes you on foot. For shame. Game over.
