LEVEL 1 – THE CELTIC WALL
The Bridge Key
After the slide advance in the direction of the water and shoot a yeti. For some reason, if I press the space bar to sheath the pistols, the key is not responding, so I had to use the "1" key to sheath them (???). Jump into the water and swim left to find a block you can climb, continue in the direction of the entrance, climb more blocks, shoot another yeti and to get a secret go right to a passage with a big spider; at the end of this passage, slide down to a flatter rock, jump onto the slope, slide and jump to the corner with the SECRET #1: a Blue Chalice. Jump into the water and go back to the block where you shot the last yeti. This time take a running jump to the left rocks and go counterclockwise to the area with the wooden bridge shooting a couple of eagles on your way. The other part of the bridge is still raised, so go up the rocks in the opposite side (right corner), pull the wall switch, go back to the bridge, go up the rocks in the left side, shoot the yetis, advance through the opening and finally pick up the Bridge Key. Go back to the wooden bridge, take a running jump to the opening in the right side (facing the bridge), climb and use the key to lower the second part of the bridge.
The First Rusty Key
Cross the bridge, walk through the spikes and to get extra items pull the movable crate once, go outside and take a running jump to the ledge with the ladder, climb up, shoot the eagle and pick up the large medipack and the uzi clips; anyway, drop down and walk over the trapdoor to fall into the water below. Climb the opening opposite the closed door, pull the switch to turn off the fire, swim back there, take a running jump over the gap and pull the switch to open the exit door. In the next room fight against the knight-throwers, locate the movable crate in a corner, use it to check the high window sills to get a large medipack and shotgun shells and finally move it onto the tile with the text to open the exit door. Advance and take the first opening to your left, jump into the water to get the first Rusty Key, go back to the entrance and in the other side shoot the yetis, climb up the ladder, shoot an eagle, drop drown from the other side of the edge and shoot the barracudas in the lake.
The Second Rusty Key
Jump into the water and look for an underwater passage near the corner you shot he fishes, swim through, surface, shoot the knight thrower and pull the switch to turn off the fire in the central tile outside. Swim back to the lake, go right, get out of the water and climb the rocks near the fish statue; to get extra pickups you can jump/grab the edge of the rocky wall to your left, shimmy left and pull up to get a large medipack, uzi clips and shotgun shells in the right side. Anyway go back to the area with the fish statue, shoot a yeti, pick up a small medipack and shotgun shells in the corner and pull the wall switch to raise a trapdoor on the rocks opposite the fish statue; jump there and pull the switch to lower a bridge and raise some doors. Jump into the lake, pick up shotgun shells in the opening to the left of the wooden bridge, climb it and take a running jump to the rocky wall with the open door, enter, time the rolling wheel, shoot the knife throwers and pick up the second Rusty Key. Before exiting you can explore the path of the rolling wheel to get a small medipack and shotgun shells in a corner if you want.
The First Sapphire Key
Now go to the opposite side of the lake (opposite the trapdoor you raised moments ago) and climb the rocks to find the keyholes; use the keys to raise the gate, advance, shoot a stone warrior and continue to the throne room. Pick up shotgun shells in a window sill, climb the central sarcophagus and take an angled standing jump to grab one of the high blocks opposite the throne, pull the switches in the window sills, drop down and locate the open door in the left side (facing the throne); climb up, shoot the stone warrior, climb up the ladder and go left from the top of the battlements. Shoot another stone warrior, go left to a small area with another stone warrior and a T-Shaped cross; from a rock in one of the corners you can take a curved running jump to grab the top of this cross and get the first Sapphire Key or... you can take another running jump from the opposite corner onto a slope, slide and grab the top of the cross to get that key. Anyway go back to the area with the battlements.
The First Quartz Crystal Key
From here what I did was to go to the one of the ends of the battlements with the shotgun shells (right side, facing the big cross), pick up the small medipack, continue under the stone arch (note the closed door to your right (1) ), shoot a stone warrior, continue to the corner where another stone warrior awaits, jump to the lower opening to pull a switch, go back outside, climb the opening where the last stone warrior came from, pull the switch to open the nearby door, cross the bridge (2), pull the switches under the arches and pull a third switch near the corner to lower the wooden bridge. Don't go there yet, but cross the suspension bridge back to the corner where the last stone warrior was and go back to the opening in the wall with the now open door (1), enter, run to avoid the moving spiked walls, drop through the hole in the floor and walk through the spikes to get shotgun shells and the first Quartz Crystal Key. The exit door opens as you approach.
Detour for a secret and more pickups: take a running jump over the tile with the fire and pull the switch in the niche to your left; go back to the opening you came from and if you want, from the lowered wooden bridge run off the first part of it to the right and land onto a flatter rock below to get the Uzis on the adjacent rock. You can take a standing jump from the previous rock to grab the edge of the wooden bridge. From the grassy block in the left side (facing the opening you came from) you can turn around and take a standing jump to grab the edge of the rock (right side facing the opening), slide and pick up a large medipack and shotgun shells, climb the rocky wall from the corner and go left to the area with the spikes, climb down the blocks to your left and take a running jump to the niche with the SECRET #2: a Silver Chalice. Now make your way to go back up to the upper area with the suspension bridge using the flatter parts of the rocks (easy).
The Second Quartz Crystal Key
This time cross the solid wooden bridge you lowered time ago, take a running jump to the top of the next structure and climb up the ladder to reach the top of the big cross, shoot a stone warrior, drop/grab the edge and shimmy right to get the second Quartz Crystal Key. Drop down onto the base of the cross, pick up uzi clips and more shotgun shells jumping around, drop even lower to the ledge where you shot the eagle a long time ago and go all the way back up to the upper area with the battlements via the opening with two keyholes and the throne room as you did before. This time, with the big cross at your back go right and from the last battlement in the corner you can take a running jump to a flatter rock in the right side, climb and safely drop down from the other side to the area where you can use the crystal keys to open the next door.
The Second Sapphire Key
Enter and shot a couple of stone warriors; there are two switches to pull here: one under the entrance and another one in the opposite wall; the lateral door opens but two more stone warriors awake too. Exit, walk through the spikes and in the next area jump into the water, swim to your left to find shotgun shells on a ledge you can climb, continue climbing to a platform with a ladder, shoot the big spiders and note that you need one more sapphire key to open the door.
Detour for the last secret: take a running jump to grab the top of the central pillar, pull up, slide and jump to grab the next slope, shimmy left, pull up and quickly drop/shimmy right to avoid the rolling boulder; go through the passage where it came from and in the next throne room shoot the stone warrior and pick up the SECRET #3: a Golden Chalice plus a small medipack, the Grenade Launcher and 2 X grenades. Go back to the lake area.
From the ledge with the keyholes, climb up the ladder, turn around and take a running jump to grab the ledge with the switch, pull it and you can see a door opening in a corner below. To get there, go down to the entrance of this area and from the right side take a running jump to grab the spiked ledge under the open door, turn right and take jumps back and forth with a left curve onto the slope (losing some health with the first jump) to reach the higher ledge in the corner; quickly dispatch the big spider before it push you on the spike ledge. Now push the wooden crate until you can see a corridor to your right, climb down the long ladder, advance to a small room with rolling boulders and a large medipack, pull the switch to open the first door and the second one opens as you approach; finally pick up the second Sapphire Key, climb up the ladder a bit, jump back to a spiked passage with a wall switch to open the door at the top of the ladder, climb up there, drop down, pull the switch to open the next door, pick up the large medipack and you are back in the room where you shot the last stone warriors; from here go back to the platform with the keyholes as you did before. Open the door with your keys, slide, avoid the rolling boulder and slide again to finish the level.
LEVEL 2 – THE EMERALDS TOMB
Starting
From the starting ledge turn around, take a standing jump to the wooden roof and explore the left and right sides to get 2 X large medipacks in the flat parts between the slopes and pull a switch (no idea what this switch triggers...). Go back to the starting ledge. From here you have two options; I think there is an error in the gameplay design, because you can finish the level losing part of the gameplay. Anyway I'll point both routes here.
Fast Route
Cross the stone bridge, climb the blocks in the corner to your right, climb up the ladder and in the platform with the fake door shoot an eagle; continue taking a diagonal running jump across the waterfall to the top of the next wall, drop/grab the edge and shimmy left to cross to the other side, jump to the ledge with the closed door, take a running jump to the big cross, drop/grab the edge, shimmy right to the other side and press the button to open that door. Go back there, enter, jump forth and back over the spiked hole to trigger the rolling boulder and advance to find the Golden Key. Now go all the way back to the starting ledge the way you came. Jump again to the top of the wooden roof but this time go left to the end opposite the flat parts with the medipacks and spot a closed door with a ladder below; take a running jump there, climb down the lower ladder and climb ever lower to the grassy ledge near the water; from here you can take a running jump to a block with a wall switch, pull it to open the door at the top of the first ladder; shoot an eagle, go back up there climbing both ladders, use the golden key to open the last door and slide down to finish the level.
Long Route
From the starting ledge go to the part opposite the roof, turn left and drop down onto the block below, now take running jumps to the tops of the pillars in the lake to cross to the opposite side shooting an eagle on your way (if you are lucky, maybe you can shoot the barracudas roaming around in the lake too). Take a running jump to the opening in the wall, advance, shoot a dog and pull the switch in the niche to raise a gate in the lake. Jump into the lake and go through the opening with the raised gate, swim down and to your right (don't approach too much to the top of the waterfall) and locate an underwater lever to pull (there's a barracuda here); now swim to the opposite side to find the open door (and a barracuda too) and through the opening in the floor to find another underwater lever, pull it to lower the bridge in the big opening with the raised gate, swim there, get out of the water, cross the bridge, climb the grassy rocks, shoot an eagle, continue climbing, shoot a yeti, go right to the base of the big cross and if you want, from the lower block you can take a diagonal running jump to the bottom of the ladder, but I found nothing useful or interesting here because if you climb it you'll find a passage with rolling boulders and nothing more, and you'll be forced to jump into the lake and follow the same route to reach the base of the cross. So from the base of the cross, you can go to the other side and to the starting ledge; from here, follow the previous paragraph called "Fast Route" in this walkthrough to finish the level.
