The year was 2003 and Lara was having much needed rest at her manor, after her recent misadventures in Paris, and there was a knock at the door. She answered. A delivery man passed her a small package tied up with string. It had a Paris postmark in the corner. She carefully opened the package. It contained a dusty photograph of a rather elaborate looking tomb, and there was also a note attached to it which talked of strange apparitions by visitors to the catacombs, and it had a Lux Veritatis symbol on it, and in the corner a strange symbol which looked like an eye. Lara thought, is this something to do with the All Seeing Eye of myth, then thought better of it. How could these 2 things be related? She thought, this must be a completely different Eye, and there is only one she had ever come across before, The Evil Eye. Back to Paris we go then... |
