"An interesting set of levels. I LOVED the opening in the snow, very clean and looks great ... lots to explore.
BUT I didn't have a walkthrough and this proved a real issue as we got further in.
To start with, in order to progress you have to find a hat and put it on a Snowman ... which is not obvious at all ... either finding the hat or realising that it goes on the Snowman!
Then we have some great exploring and so on, and a hellish timed run which I couldn't do - hard to impossible I'd say.
When we get into the Scientists Hideout it all gets very dark indeed, so dark that you need almost constant flares. Then the next issue is that you're battling things you can't see in the dark. Then there's a big monster released, but, actually it's unkillable and you need instead to go somewhere to find a jumpswitch which you've not seen before ... not at all clear. At this point I was pointed at a YouTube walthrough and I had to use this to figure out what to do. I much prefer to try and find out and navigate by myself but there were no clues in the game at all. So the big monster is unkillable and you have to find the jumpswitch to open a door (again no clues as to where) and go there to escape it.
Then you're down below and again the initial path is not clear - you have to shoot the broken coffin to break it and reveal a path further down ...
And then we're into a 'Boss' battle and again there are no clues as to what to do - disable the skeletons ... but how. The walkthrough shows what to do - kill the knight which raises some blocks at the far side allowing access to the scope and revolver to use that to shoot the skeletons ...
It gets very frustrating when you try and look everywhere but there's no obvious solution and then need a walkthrough to show you the solution ...
Finally we get a timed closing run which is very tricky I felt - to be honest as I knew I was at the end anyway, I just watched it on the walkthrough video and realised that the path was not obvious and very tricky with jumps and turns and grabs and so on ... so I just left the game there ...
In summary, an excellent game to start with, beautifully looking and effective. Some nice ideas. It didn't need the timed run at the end ... and needed some additional pointers to guide the player as to what to do next/where to go next as the areas are large and sprawly. Oh and some lights in those dark tunnels would not go amiss also!" - David (22-Jan-2026) |

"Bypassing the absurd final boss (seriously?), this level is highly entertaining, featuring
a variety of top-quality challenges that keep the player hooked from start to finish. The
puzzles are masterfully designed, combat flows spectacularly (except for that last
stretch), the time trials deliver addictive tension, and the trap zones are ingenious and
original, showcasing creativity well above average.Aesthetically, the level is somewhat
uneven: it shines with excellent lighting that creates unforgettable moments, but the
rooms suffer from being overly boxy, and the geometry could have been more detailed and
organic. The textures are eye-catching and well chosen, though at times they feel placed
without any coherent order or design, which detracts from the overall polish. The most
spectacular room in the game is undoubtedly the servers, where you face off against the
second final boss in a brutal climax. The levels with the best atmosphere are, without a
doubt, the horror ones, delivering a truly chilling immersion. That said, the abrupt shift
from Resident Evil-style labs to Inca temples feels a bit forced and disrupts the
narrative flow. All in all, this is a level I see as a serious contender for the TRLE Hall
of Fame, or at the very least, an author who rightfully aspires to that honor in the
future. Highly recommended for expert players... which is to say, everyone here! ;)" - requiemsoul (10-Dec-2025) |

"Mark has entire different philosophy of building and he will throw it at you since the first room, but if you don't fight it and accept it, you'll many great moments here - the surprise and suspense is frequent, and storytelling applications are excellent. As always I'd ditch the AI voices, add less cuboid shapes, fix notorious wrong texturing on irregular polygons and ofc revamp lighting, especially in the outside areas." - DJ Full (10-Dec-2025) |

"I finished this game last week and I absolutely loved it. the game looks beautiful and a
really interesting story. you can tell that a lot of love has gone into the making of this
game. as for the difficulty level, I would say overall, that the game is difficult and it
gradually builds in difficulty as you progress, but at no point did it feel unfair. Also
when you complete any challenge the game throws at you, it feels rewarding. I highly
recommend this game." - CarriePlaysGames (04-Dec-2025) |

"The game is quite average. The puzzles are not too difficult, but they aren't very brilliant
either. However, its graphics and music are both good." - cheng (03-Dec-2025) |
